SRISHTI - GO GREEN MOTTO
Another emerging area where CGWWA has become increasingly active is in relation to Environmental issues. Srishti’s priority is to Educate the Community, especially Children, to inculcate the habit of nurturing the Environment and making them realize the need to preserve it.

On 08 Mar 24,CGWWA Karaikal organised an Environment activity at the Coast Guard Station to mark International Women's Day. As part of the activity, tree saplings were planted around the station campus.
An environmental activity ‘Best out of Waste Demo’ was conducted on 10 Jan 24 at family welfare centre.
A special tree plantation drive was organized on 31 Jan 24 at TRV Krishnapatnam premises.
The Environment unit of CGWWA, Tuticorin had organised a workshop for “Paper Bag Making”on 09 Feb 24.
