Tatrakshika Day is celebrated on 29 November.

CGWWA annual general body meeting is held every year in the month of July at CGWWA Headquarters and regions.

Annual magazine URMI is published on Tatrakshika Day. A prize of ` 2000.00 is given to the selected cover Page design for URMI.

A biannual News letter
'SANDESH'
highlighting the activities of the respective regions is published by the Regional headquarters in the months of Apr and Dec of every year.

The Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting is held every year during the month of Sep/Oct. The regions are directed to forward the agenda points in advance to Tatrakshika headquarters, New Delhi for discussion during the meeting. All major financial and welfare decisions are taken during the meeting.

Coffee Morning and Tatrakshika Milan are being organized on alternate months of the year.

CGWWA provides financial assistance by a grant of Rs. 10,000/- to the family of CG deceased person.

Scholarship to the children of widows is being provided by the CGWWA.
9
Meritorious award is given to the children of Officers and enrolled personnel who excel in academics and sports by CGWWA
