Srishti - Go Green Motto
Another emerging area where CGWWA has become increasingly active is in relation to Environmental issues. Srishti’s priority is to Educate the Community, especially Children, to inculcate the habit of nurturing the Environment and making them realize the need to preserve it.
Activities Undertaken by Srishti are as Follows: -

The Srishti team Delhi organised an insightful session on the importance of proper waste management in collaboration with the Indian Pollution Control Association on 17th Oct 2024 at "Arkaja," Sector 23, Noida.

A lecture was conducted on various opportunities for woman on embracing a plastic free future towards sustainable living was conducted on 22nd Dec 24.
As Part of “Tatrakshika Day Celebration“ CGWWA Committee organised a Tree plantation for CGWWA Members on 26th Nov 24 at TRV.
A demonstration on how to make paper bags was conducted on 20th Dec 24.
A workshop & exhibition on effective utilization of waste material was conducted on 29 Jan 24.

On 19th Dec 24, as a part of Christmas Celebration, an interactive session on “Environment” for kid was organized
A lecture on the importance of coral reefs in maintaining biodiversity was delivered on 15th Oct 24.
Tree plantation drive towards green environment was conducted by CGWWA, Jakhau on 16th Nov 24.
A Tree Plantation programme was conducted on 17th Oct 24 at CGKG, Vadinar.
On 09th Dec 24, an engaging presentation and hands-on demonstration on creating terrariums (miniature gardens) was conducted.
A lecture and presentation on “Eco-spirituality: Nature and Human Connection” on 9th Oct 24.
On 14th Oct 24 a demonstration cum lecture on Microgreen was conducted.
Visit to Nursery was organised at Green Value Farm.
On 12th Dec 24, competition on “Eco-friendly Christmas decoration” was conducted in CGWWA welfare centre.
