Sneha - Helping Friends In Need

Sneha, is a program that works to create a positive & enduring change in the lives of children, families & communities living in abject poverty & undue inequality. It does so by partnering with multiple charitable organization to develop long term sustainable community programs & immediate disaster relief assistance. Generous donations are made to assist these organization to inch closer towards their goals.

On Nov 8, 2024, "Team SNEHA" organized an outreach event where as a part of this initiative, the team installed three donation trunks and a cupboard designated for the collection of gently used toys, clothes, stationery, and shoes for community support staff.

An outreach activity was organised on 19th Oct 24 at Old Age Home, Nanganallur.

Drawing competition for the children of orphanage “Jolly Home” was conducted at CGAE Puducherry on 14th Nov 24.

A donation camp was conducted on 26th Oct 24 in Station activity room for casual labours/helpers.

CGWWA members of ICGS Krishnapatnam organized Lunch Program with villagers of Nelaturu.

On 4th Oct 24, Outreach Team distributed necessary items to casual labours/helpers for their selfless work.

Casual labourers of CGRE Manicktala were distributed Iron box and food packets on 14th Nov 24.

An outreach activity was conducted for special children of Jagruti School on 16th Nov 24 at onboard ICGS Vijaya.

Outreach activity was conducted on 10th October 2024 at DHQ-8, where gifts were distributed to all Safai Mitra.

Tatrakshikas of Gandhinagar conducted “A day with old age home” an out reach activity at Kailash Dham, Pethapur on 23th Oct 24.

An outreach activity was conducted on 13th Dec 24 by outreach team of CGWWA(NW).

As a part of outreach activity (Sneha), on 30th Nov 24, blanket and food distribution program for the destitute was conducted.

CGWWA Vadinar organised an outreach activity on 08th Nov 24. During the event, blankets were distributed to the needy women from Vadinar village.

Sneha team organised an outreach program for the conservancy staff outsourced in the station on 28th Oct 24.

On 24th Oct 24, an outreach activity was organized to share the joy of the Diwali.

An outreach activity was organized by CGWWA Members at ICGS Pipavav station premises on 05 th Dec 24 to support casual laboures.

An outreach activity was conducted at Angel Xpress foundation at Cuffs Parade study centre on 2nd Oct 24.

Tatrakshikas organised distribution of ration packets and necessary items to casual labours/Helpers working for Coast Guard units in Goa on Oct 14th 24.
