As a part of 48th CG raising day celebrations, CGSD (MBI) conducted of special yoga session on 06 Jan 24 at Gateway of India to commemorate boost the morale of troops and to instil the feeling of "esprit de-corps" as the modern age life triggers mental stress due to intensity work related pressure and socio economic issues.
